well the only real name that popped up is RJJ. it is unbelievable how underrated toney has become. i blame his loooong HW stint

he might be slow and unathletic now but in his prime he was one of the smoothest, elegant fighters in the ring.

He indeed has some exelent wins in his resume

Maybe not the best wins in last 20 years of boxing, but great wins nevertheless

no doubt about it, those are great wins. and a few of them are some of the best fights of the last 20 years. people don't realize how good toney was

20 years and these are the only names, no offence, great wins indeed, not the best IMO??

To give one example that blow your one away: Leonard for example cleaned up 3 P4P in Hearns, Duran and Haggler in less than 10 years...

last 20 years. other than whitaker and rjj, nobody else has a single win as good as mccallum in 1991. pacquiao only edges him for depth

I think Pac has the best victories of the last 20 years.
Also RJJ should be ranked higher than Toney because he BEAT Toney. And Hopkins. And he beat McCallum and Ruiz more convincingly.
Toney has some great wins, but only at MW and SMW. He clearly lost to Rahman imo, lost both Peter fights, and the win against Ruiz wasn't really dominant (knockdown was a slip).

    Obviously not.

A great fighter in his prime and a future HOF'er but he's not even close to having the best wins in the last 20 years.
