Pound for Pound is an opinionated description of who would win IF they were the same size, at the same time, in their prime, etc.

So, with that in mind...

IF Pacman was in the same weightclass as the Klitz...YES he would destroy them with easy. Your assumption is paramount to suggesting Pacman should be able to defeat someone despite advantages other than pure boxing ability. If it were that simple, you could put pac in with an armed sniper and he should be ok, according to your theory.

You've highlighted ONE aspect of boxing. How about POWER. There has NEVER been a 12 round match where a boxer NEVER got hit during the entire thing. Soooo, given that fact, its logical to assume that POWER would negate Pacs speed. Agree?

Heavyweights can't feature on P4P because they are top of the food chain. The list is for SMALLER boxers whose skill level means they are up there with the best in the world, even though they could not beat the bigger guys.

also, heavyweights rarely ever have the same level of skill as the smaller guys, its just the way it is.

If the Klitschkos were scaled down to the weight of pacman they would get slaughtered because their boxing style is very attribute driven ie. height/reach and weight/power.
