So I've got a big family do coming up in a couple of months and wanna shed some pounds, trim up, go down a couple of waiste sizes etc. I'm unemployed so cant afford to go to the gym, but at home I've got some weights, bike machine and a bull worker. Would really appreciate some advice on a home routine, i thought this would be the vest place to ask. Cheers guys.
