OK i go to LA Fitness and pay 40 dollars a month im 16 so this is a lot of money for me! At la fitness i do 100 push ups in sets and 200 sit ups in sets and i will be increasing that over time.

I dont do too many heavy weights mostly strenght and conditioning.
What would you say if i did P90X and added boxing in as well and also go to a boxing gym ofcourse.

Please give me your opinion .

What is your goal exactly? if it's for boxing, then you need to focus on boxing.

Honeslty, your training program looks utterly ******ed and you need to educate yourself properly- take a look at some of the training logs on here. 200 sit ups is going to do very little after the initial muscular adaptions, which could probably be bought about in as little as 36- or less. You need to train your legs, your core. In different planes of movement.

Yea, you could improve your training game at home. Squats, press-ups, lunges. calf raises all of different variations can be done with no equipment. Get a pull-up bar, great for upper back and bicep strength, can build good forearm power too.

I want to focus mostly in boxing.
That was just an example of my routine that is what i finish of on after a long day at the gym but most of the stuff I do is body weight for core and arms and also use weights but nothing I dont have at home that is wh¥ I was thinking about leaving the gym and just sticking to home and boxing gym. also I could afford more time in the boxing gym without the other gym.

If you want to compete in boxing then spend as much time as you can in the boxing gym learning skills. You'll get a ton of conditioning from hitting the bag/pads and sparring.

Combine that with running and pushups, situps, squats, pullups etc at home and you'll be good.
