Haye is a "WBA alphabet title holder".

Chisora is taking his chance for the proper Heavyweight title. Haye did not take up that chance.

For a million dollars less 20% to Warren.........Derek should take it all day long. Around round 5 or 6 when his face is starting to resemble a pumpkin, just stay on the stool and have a quiet moment to think about how to spend the money.

I guess there will be a plan to try and win it, but I can't see it at all unless he decided to put it on Vlad big time from round 1. All Eastern block start slow, so catch him cold and you never know.

Well done Derek though for taking it, even though you'll probably grow into a bigger nob head than usual pre fight.

You have got to hit Wlad and get him out of there early, else it's a beating down the stretch.

:dealThis. Haye looks even more a total ****** now.

Good news for Chisora! If he wins hes heavyweight champ of the world. If he gets beat then he still gets a very nice payday indeed and his career can pretty much just pick up where he was before with not much harm done. Or he can even go and fight Audley after HE also gets destroyed

Its a no lose situation for big del really

if he's a true dell boy, he'll have more spring than zebedee. I'm sure laying out tyson fury will get his spirits back. He's a smart kid and he'll learn from it. Especially in what type of conditioning is needed at elite level.

Whatever the politics behind the fight its going to be interesting ,
Mr Klitschko(any one) is going to fight a genuine up and coming prospect for the first time in 300 years, anyone who comes back with the likes of Arreola is deluded Delboy is a genuine challenger on the up and Wlad needs to be praised for taking him on now ,perhaps it may be too early for Mr Chisora I think it may be but in the interests of boxing worldwide and a British fighter fighting for a world title ,and a fighter who will go to germany with the first genuine chance albeit(ie want to try to win and not be a club fighter) a heavy hook landing though the Klitschko impressive defence and wont the world (and boxing) be a better and more entertaining place
Its going to be a tough night but Derek can do it if he wants it....

Read my post again FFS. The Chisora fight is an OKish defence given the circumstances which is why I said Wlad shouldn't be criticized for taking the fight. I just don't agree that Wlad taking on Chisora is worthy of praise, its an OK defence no more, no less.

Chisora has done nothing wrong in recent times, and he has stood up against every test he has had.

If Wlad totally destroys him, and derails his career.

He's getting ****ing praise from me, and every other guy...."who knows boxing"

PK's just a bit intense over these things...

I just don't care really. It's no better a fight than Haye-Harrison. It's a guy at fringe euro level fighting an elite HW (or what passes for one these days).

But at least Haye's not making out that Harrison's any good.
