-You drop your left hand right before just about every time you jab. Straight out, and straight back without telegraphing. You also drop your right hand when you throw it. Practice keeping the guarding hand intact when throwing with the other. Make sure the shoulder is basically protecting your chin as you throw. - You kind of lean in with your punches. Pivot for power on your toe with the right without giving up your height or sacrificing your balance leaning in. - A bit square, turn your body so you are more streamlined. Chin tucked. You seem good for a beginner. I would practice throwing each punch individually or combinations with a focus on technique more than power or speed, which come from proper execution.

Distance looks ok, make sure your rear foot gives you stability. Speed and power come with technique, it's a common mistake to try and emphasize those early on eager to develop these advantages but they will show themselves after the proper execution is down. You don't look like a slow motion fighter or feather-fisted, but try not to think about these things. Also keep your lead foot's toes pointed at your opponent/the bag. Perfect the basics, then try more fluid motions.

No problem. And you look pretty good for a beginner, moving and punching seems natural to you, so as long as you get the delivery right you should be on your way to getting results before you know it.
I have attended 30 days in total during month of march and april, than took off because of my exams. Started again from 21th last month, and will practice 3 days a week. Rest of 3 days will be for strength training. What about you, since how long you are boxing.
i train maybe for a month (done 10-12 trainings) in the gym. I loved to box with friends outdoors and decided to sign in at the boxing gym :bbb At the moment im planing to train 3-4 days/week boxing and 1-2days full body workout at the fitnes .Some days if i woke up earlyer may go running 2-30 mins before work. The only stoppage to me is the f*ckin cigars .
your the guy in the black shorts,well the other guy needs improvement also,the 2 of you need a lot of work,you 2 seem to be jumping around throwing the same wild swinging combinations,i think you 2 should stand in front of the mirror and shadow box for a month and get your punches right,
Natural at throwing punches. Need to perfect individual punches specifically the jab and not drop your hands. I noticed you working on your front foot which is good and differant for a beginner, keep working on that. Straighten it up when moving forward and back. Also drop your knees more. Not looking bad at all.
Keep the fundamentals in mind, not focusing on the basics from the start can severely hurt you as you develop in boxing. Hands up, chin down, jab is key, proper breathing, eyes up, don't fight tense(this with help with telegraphing punches) and most importantly never be satisfied with your foot work. Id say you should try to fight of your back foot a bit more never put more then 60% of your weight on a single foot if you focus on this you will see a great improvement in your balance and your ability to always be in a position to punch. Keep working at it,(boxing is all about persevering) and good luck:good
