Why do people keep talking about Mann starting his career at 106 lbs? HE WAS 16 YEARS OLD! What the hell does it matter what Manny fought at when he was just 16 years old?

Also, the last time that Oscar officially weighed in on fight night, was against Mosley in the rematch, and he gained a HUGE 4 pounds from the weigh in.. 158 pounds. Oscar is a SMALL Jr. Middleweight. He has small bone structure, he is just tall for his natural weight. People keep talking about the Chavez fight, when Oscar jumped on the unofficial scale with clothes on.

Because Oscar's last fight was at 154 and Pac's last fight was at 130 what part of that don't you understand? It would be a massacre for Oscar and wouldn't prove a thing in beating down Pac. I can hear it now from Oscarsexuals like yourself "Oscar beat the #2 P4P boxer in the world and he should be ranked #1 P4P in the world".:patsch Who in the hell would want to see this when there are much better fights out there for Pac to take.:-(

Because the other guy said 112 so I corrected him.

158-160 pounds is still a lot more than 144.

Pacquiao has some great matchups to make at 130 and maybe 135, so I have no interest in seeing him jump 3 weight classes or whatever to get splattered out by De La Hoya.

Oscar is scared of no-one from Pac to Adamak.

Neither is Floyd, Pac, Jermain, Wlad.........

Boxers are not scared of other opponents, period (with rare exceptions)

It's not a matter of being scared. They all take and give punishment and if they were scared, they'd be doing stand-up, or carpentry or some other ****.

It always amuses me to hear that Boxer A is SCARED of boxer B.

Sometimes they worry about losing and how that might impact their career, but scared?

    No,

He fought Trinidad, Sturm and BHop, all harder-hitters.

He fought Mosley, Mayweather and sweetpea, all slicker.

Believe me, he is not scared of Winky. Winky is not a scarey guy.

He might have serious doubts about his chances, but as Presscott has pointed out, if the $$$ are right, he'd fight Wlad.

I notice you steered clear of answering any of the points posted and instead, came back with a witty.

Oscar has not stated anywhere or even implied, that he was the least interested in fighting Pac.

    Just more slander.

BTW, where and when was I grasping at your prosthetic ?

Winky Wright holds wins over Shane Mosley and Tito Trinidad. Winky is also regarded as THE BEST Lt Middle of this era, and possibly and arguably of all time. A Winky Wright fight offers legacy and legitimacy. It could be a win over an elite, P4P fighter who beat two of the men who beat him. It would also be at his "weight". Super Feather and Lightweight are stacked with competition for Pac. WW is stacked with competition for Hoya and if Hoya stays at 154lbs, Winky Wright is there. Oscar doesn't need pac to sell a fight. So why the **** is this even being considered??????? :patsch

This is seriously the Golden Age for Welterweights. It would be like Muhammad Ali calling out a Supermiddle in the frigg'n 70's.

Oscar is caught in a spin cycle of his own bull**** right now, and Widdow, what the **** is wrong with you that you can't recognize this????

    Plain and Simple.

If he says 154lbs is his best weight ---- He should fight Winky.
If he says he cares about his legacy --- He should fight Winky.
If he wants to make the most money possible ---- Call out Tito.
If he really wants to go to WW -------- Pick your poison, I can think of 5 or 6.

No avenue leads to Pac! None. Oh, except......."If he wants a big name, and a P4P fighter ----- who poses absolutely NO THREAT!"

I didn't know you had a third leg in THERE, Jack

I thought that was the telephoto lens of your mini-camera, tucked away in your pants, in case your hotel was near Oscar's, and you could snap a few more shots of your Golden Icon for your nephew's photoshop experiments.

(BTW: You still haven't shown an Oscar quote, asking for Pac.)

Why are people saying that Oscar should fight Winky?

Here is what happens when Oscar beats Winky...

    1. Winky is over the hill.
    2. Winky is coming off a loss, the only reason that Oscar fought him.
    3. Oscar didn't prove anything by beating someone who's leg's aren't there anymore, coming off of a loss.
    ect....

Here is what happens after Oscar beats Pacman...

    1. Pacman is too small.
    2. Oscar didn't prove anything by beating a smaller man.

So, in reality it doesn't matter. Oscar will get flammed either way. He may as well make a shitload more money fighting a much more popular fighter in Pacman. **** all of the haters. Oscar has nothing left to prove, he can fight whoever the hell he wants and make money hand over fist.

I would fight Boy George in a fishnet outfit for a lot less than 24 million.

I would fight you (in your flourescent pink spandex), Boy George ( in whatever he's wearing) and Oscar (in nylons) all in the same night for HALF that amount.)

And no need to get resentful and start dissin' me and your grandaddy, all in the same post.

I know you' sensitive 'bout that li'l third leg o' you's, but mines regular sized an' your grandaddy's is huge, boy.

Still no quote from Osca' looking for Pac !

This will be a set-up. A complete mismatch for Pacquiao and easy money for Oscar. I think Manny is not that stupid to fight Oscar, but we are not sure with everything money is attached...
