Of course he is going to say he is feeling better than ever! He needs to hype the fight. He's not gonna say my old joints creak worse than an old galleon! The proof of the pudding is in the eating, as they say, so we'll see in the fight what he has left. But we definitely saw signs that Vitali is on the downward slide, and that by no way means he won't beat Briggs but the first few rounds will be the window of opportunity for the Cannon to test Vitali's resolve.
all vitali does is ..win..it dont matter who he fights..briggs is in for a beating..as would haye..if he ever steps up.
Briggs is in with a shot for 2 rounds.Vittali has not fought anyone that size who will try and land bombs for a long time.If he cant get Vittali out early Briggs is in big trouble and his work will have brought Vittali out of the type of style he has been using.He will be back to taking a few risks but landing big punches.

Not seen any of that yet.... Vitali has not been in trouble in his entire 6 fight comeback, and has barely lost ANY rounds. How again is he slipping, when he completely dominates every single opponent?

:good He'll know when he starts to feel like its time to hang em up, but seeing as how he seems to have decided to fight on past 2010, instead of retiring at the end of the year, he must be feeling up to the task. And with the consistent beating he puts on every single opponent he faces, he's also performing up to the task, still, as well. Some poster love the drama of saying *he's there for the taking*, but noone can seem to even come close to taking him, much less, win a round against this *slipping* fighter. LOL
Vitali is 39 years old and Briggs is 38 years. I have been reading a lot of wishful thinking on this thread. Vitali is not slowing down at all because he does not take drugs, drink, smoke, get fat between fights, stays in shape and has great experience in boxing and kickboxing.
Man if Vitali is a shot fighter then he's the greatest "decline" "shot" fighter of all times. I mean damn for a shot fighter that easily beat up Peter, Gomez, Arreola, Sos like nothing. And had Johnson scared sh4t list, Vitali should be in the top 20 of all times. <<If he was a shot fighter when he came out of retirement.
Serious, Vitali is definitely past his best, I've been saying it for a while. Haye will beat him if they fight, Klitschko hasn't got the speed or reflexes any more to deal with Haye. Wlad Klitschko, on the other hand, probably beats Haye, unless Haye lands a big punch. His speed and co-ordination has never been better.
