Can ******s please stop saying 'styles make fights'. In recent times it has become the most popular cliche for senseless morons everywhere. All of the post above is stupid and no cliche can save it.
Yep...once Mayweather times that jab, it's over for Khan. He'll take it away, and from what we've seen from Khan so far...he hasn't got much else to trouble a guy like Mayweather.
As a Mayweather fan I think Khan's height/reach, speed, workrate would be a tough fight for him but think he can adapt to win as Khan is predictable. He may not look good against Khan if he wins though
Khan does everything well , Floyd does everything Great. Depends on what Floyd wants to do - step on the gas wins in around 8. Stands off boxes - UD. Has to be said Khan was marked up a bit by Paulie, never seen Floyd get hit really , and marked up slightly again Oscar.
Khan is still way too sloppy for mayweather who i think would pick him apart, khan has a lot to prove, dominating paulie and kotelnik does not give you the keys to the castle, even though its obvious he a good fighter, just how good we dont know yet
Khan still needs 2 or 3 top draw fights to even get a chance at Floyd. If Khan can become the No.1 at 140 by beating Maidana then the winner of Bradley-Alexander then Khan at 147 is big trouble for anyone at that weight because i think 147 will be Khan's best weight. If Khan fights Floyd end of 2011 or early 2012 he has a great chance vs an aging great.
who else is floyd gonna fight big money wise ??? after pacquiao floyd will fight khan dec 2011 at wembley in a massive uk fight floyd loves the uk and kissing sky sports arse
He has the tools but he is not ready yet. 2 more years with wins against maidana, alexander/bradley, and any top dogs at 147, then he can get a shot at beating mayweather.
I UNDERSTAND THAT..go back and read what i said...i said weight/speed= power BUT HOW U PLACE YOUR PUNCH AND FROM WHAT POSITION U THROW IT WILL HAVE ALOT TO DO WITH THE POWER COMING BEHIND IT ETC... BUT AGAIN...A 135 LB PRESCOTT DOES NOT HIT AS HARD AS A 147LB FLOYD MAYWEATHER JR...EVEN IF FLOYD IS A WEAK PUNCHER... HOW MANY TIMES HAVE WE SEEN GUYS AT LOWER WEIGHT DIVISIONS BE ABLE TO "PUNCH" BUT WHEN THEY MOVE UP IN WEIGHT THEY DONT CARRY THAT POWER... SHANE MOSLEY WAS 32-0 30 KOS AS A LW....TAKE HIM UP TO WW AND LMW AND HIS KO PERCENTAGE IS NOT MUCH TO WHAT IT WAS NOR EVEN CLOSE IN COMPARISON..
