OK, listen to this....from Delhi with love Robert McCracken, a chance to win a seat in a truck going to Prague with Mike Tyson, Liam Cunnigham, Rendall Munroe and the true and amazing story of Frankie Lucas and his great Commonwealth Games adventure. It's online, on radio between 8-9pm tonight (7/10) and it will be a BBC podcast tomorrow afternoon. Adios and enjoy.
Nice one Buncey hopefully you can give us some info on Warrens Liverpool card and why its all changed around.
The Lucas tale is for real boxing people...listen and enjoy..this is how you can get in touch...0207 224 2000, text 81333 and start the tect with 'london', and the email is This content is protected ...wait until seven and then bang them in by the sackload! Thanks and adios.
OK Bunce, I'm pretty much enjoying the commonwealth boxing action and am pretty impressed at some of what I'm seeing so far but what the heck is going on with scoring there? I know amateur boxings touch pad system is a disgrace, with no body punches being scored etc, but this tournement isn't even scoring JABS! The most inportant punch in boxing! Do you have an idea of why the judges are doing this? and for that matter why the touch pad system itself is still in place when it is clearly so flawed (sorry, you must get asked that one alot)
Scoring...at some events the scoring goes wild and ends up 32-19 and then there is something like this...its' tough and inconsistent. Robert McCracken will be talking to all the top boxers, helping them understand the scoring in Delhi. It's crazy. Adios.
This Hartson interview is tear jerkin stuff. Big John is a legend and im not just saying that as a hoops fan. I'll never forget the peach of a goal against liverpool back in 03 on the way to that uefa cup final. Big John stole the show
