Who wants Kessler vs Pavlik??

I heard Kelly Pavlik say on a show that he would be fighting John Duddy soon.:hat

 

I don't know if Pavlik would hurt Kessler enough to slow him down. Since he can throw 1000 punches in a fight like Calzaghe and outland Kessler, his only chance would be a knockout againts the technically better Kessler or to hurt him enough to slow him down and then get Kessler going backward, which he would not be as effective.

 

Kessler's superior speed, accuracy, and technical skills would be too much for Pavlik. He stops him in about 7 or 8.

 

That might be very interesting fight...both are tall and hard punchers. Close fight..

 

How is this even close??? Pavlik would have lost to Taylor if Taylor wasnt such a ****** and would have kept his left hand up. Kessler has a good tight defense so forget about those right hands hitting him cleanly and even if they do nothing will happen since Kessler is used to fighting big guys. Many people forget about the 2nd round in Pavliks last fight. Thats why im sticking with an early Kessler knockout probably before the 5th round.

Keesler, probably by KO in the mid to late rounds. Too big , too strong, too fast too accurate & his defense is very good.

And about the power isn't worth mentioning, and for the record Taylor had enough power to floor Pavlik so ur BOY's chin isn't mindblowing.

I kind of do... but I don't want to see this fight, as these two are respectively my 2nd and 3rd favorite fighters.

Kessler wins.

 

I would indeed like to see this, and I predict a Kessler KO. If Pavlik were to win then I would totally change my opinion on him and move from saying he is a very good fighter to a great fighter.
