Must be thinking about Abraham's Middleweight title. Abraham had to give it up, but he still wasn't beaten once AS a champion. Doesn't mean as much when it's not the same weight, but Abraham wasn't (and isn't) a shitty fighter. Dirrell actually showed some balls against Abraham, and it payed off well until Arthur seemed to get a little too frustrated. Abraham fought with a broken jaw and still wasn't knocked down, so I have to give Dirrell some credit there as well. The 1st KD Abraham was off balance, but it was a great shot nonetheless. The 2nd "arguable" KD had Abraham falling into the ropes, barely holding him up. I just really want any of them to beat Ward. That "fight" with Greene was ****ing atrocious. I've always hated that holding style of fighting, and Ward has the skill where he doesn't need to do that ****, but he does it anyway. I agree with those that say Ward should take Hatton's nickname. Son of God... get the **** out of here with that bull****...

Dirrell is a talented guy and I enjoyed watching him when he got the punches flowing. I would have been rooting for him against Ward, but I can see why people question his mentality.

I'm not sure whether he'll have to retire or not, but he just seems to be one of those guys who always generates controversy. He divided people with his performance against Froch, the Abraham fight ended horrendously and left questions in some peoples minds, and then there was all that uproar about whether he and Ward were actually going to fight. And now he may have medical problems. Don't get me wrong, I'm absolutely not saying that he is lying, or that any of the above are his fault...I just wish I could see him in one world level fight that didn't involve some sort of controversy?!!

Given the assumption his medical condition is legit, he should definitely retire. He could be more susceptible to greater damage after this.

But in reality, what else is he going to do? He can take safe fights until he gets offered a big money deal by HBO to fight Ward or Dawson.

    The *** needs to retire.
He's a disgrace to the boxing in general.
    Great actor though.
Maybe he could star in a remake of 48hrs playing a con artist.
