If it's not THE biggest it's certainly one of the biggest. Fights against Sam Sexton (who really isn't that good) and a shot to **** Danny Williams leads to a fight with the best in the division. I hope to god he can pull it off, but I'm a little shocked to say the least!
It's a big step up in class, especially considering it's for what I'd see as the genuine heavyweight championship of the world. Can't imagine there's been a fight like this in a long time and for that reason alone it has my interest. Plus I actually think Chisora has a style that has the best chance against Wlad and I give him a chance for that. It's not a fight that would be happening ideally and the heavyweight fights coming up in the next few months make a mockery of our sport but this is probably the most interesting in my opinion, plus at least it's for the true championship rather than just some random alphabelt strap passed around like Vitali v Briggs and Haye v Harrison.
it will be up there but how about Pete Rademacher fighting Floyd Patterson for the heavyweight championship in his first ever pro bout. Yeah he was an olympic champ but thats still crazy
It's not a bigger step up in class than Locket against Pavlik. That was like sending a kitten in with lion.
The reason I went with Jennings was because Lockett had just fought Ryan Rhodes who had fought for a world title and would go on to be European champ. WHo was Jennings best win? Bradley Pryce?
