He deserves credit period, you can count the number of fighters who would go to US and fight JT aswell as go to Denmark and fight Mikkel on one hand.

Froch will stay on the outside, and use his long jab to dictate the pace. The question is can Froch prevent himself from getting in a brawl when Abraham gets frusterated and starts winging punches?

    I think so.

Froch wins by decision or late KO.

There is a big misunderstanding on ESB regarding Froch's style. Just because he doesn't fight like a typical European, IE Kessler, doesn't mean that he isn't skilled.

He actually has very good skills. He can be clumsy at times, but his main problem is that when he gets inside, he has tendency to wing his punches. He needs to shorten them up, and he would be a much better fighter.

    He would have stopped Kessler.

Going with a froch UD in a wild fight.

I saw some real bad signs from AA's first fight against a legit SMW in dirrell. That was the fact that dirrell was knocking him around even when AA blocked his shots. I don't think AA is overwhelmingly strong at SMW. Froch and his stiff power will be doing the same thing and it never looks good to judges to be knocked off balance even when the shot is blocked. Froch also has the looping shot to go around AA's guard and stanima to keep the pressure on AA. I really feel that froch will bust Abraham Up. One thing I don't think froch can do that dirrell did was go to AA's body. Dirrell put alot of pinpoint jabs and straights to AA's belly button. Bothered AA so much that he started complaining instantly at the legal punches to a point that he was ignored when he actually got hit with a low blow later in the fight. Froch doesn't have the speed to lead off to the body like dirrell did but he should be able to mix in a body shot 3 or 4 punches into his combination. I don't think AA will have too much steam late in the fight from froch battering him. I do see froch hitting the canvas atleast 1 time from an AA straight right. Still have froch taking the UD.

When one of them gets KO'ed, what rank will they assume on the "Glass-jawed joke" list?

I am really intersted how abraham will begin this fight! They said that in his next fight he will be more active early on!
This could play into froch hands actually i think!

Froch will beat Abraham, but he better not get too reckless. He should control his desire to slug it out and make it a give and take match, and take a UD back to Nottingham

Abraham has a puncher's chance in this fight.

I honestly think Froch will try to jab and move, but his movement lacks as shown in the Kessler fight. He was frequently tagged to the body and inevitably started dogging it out with Mikkel.

Arthur is a strong, fast and powerful puncher. I am thinking he'll know by the third round or so Carl is trying to move and jab, and he'll start hunting him, tagging him and inevitably dragging him into the war we all want to see.

Whatever happens from that point on, it'll be a great ****ing fight for sure. I am sticking with Abraham TKO8 in an explosive, dynamic fight that will be remembered for a long, loong time! :smoke

Yes, he does. Especially after 3 others have dropped out, and just the style matchup. It is a dangerous fight for him and his career.
