Erm, no. You seem to be comparing two different things here: Margarito's weight in the ring and Pacquiaos weight at weigh ins.

So, when you talk about 'can Pacquiao still make the weight he fought at five years ago', what you should be comparing is not his weigh-in weight (129lbs for the third Morales fight) but his weight in the ring (144lbs). Can he still make the 144lbs he fought at five years ago? Yes, he can.

 

And of course, your worst speculation MUST be true right? I mean, there can be NO OTHER explanation...

If there is a stipulation, I hope Tony comes in over the limit, and makes Pac have to pull out on fight night and give an explanation for why.
