groves plodding along:lol: are you srious? commonwealth champion after 9 fights....making his vegas debut in his 10th and headlining his own sky show in his 11th:D i'd say that is fantastic progress for a 22 year old kid, alot of good opponents turned down the fight with groves on the 30th..kenny anderson, quigley etc. I think murrays progress is due to hennessy being an awful promoter. i believe degale and groves will be the next benn-eubank imo, they hate each other.

Commonwealth belt....big ****ing woo. Vegas debut in front of 4 sleeping people big ****ing woo..

Groves will not be on Degales level for too much longer. Degale is moving quick now and looks the far superior fighter. Groves is already falling behind and soon no one will care for him.

How are they going to do the PPV, out of curiousity, since Klitschko-Chisora and Khan-Maidana will be happening about 7 hours apart?

Don't be surprised if Khan isn't part of the PPV.

Chisora vs Klitscko sells more PPV's than Khan.

So I take it Kevin Mitchell won't be returning on this card?

Haye wasn't paticularly well known before the Valuev fight.

Chisora vs Klitscko at 10pm is a bigger PPV draw than Khan vs Maidana at 4am. Remember Khans PPV numbers on sky were not spectacular.

If Khan isn't on PPV they may as well give the fight to ITV for free again

Sky have yet to say anything with regard to Khan. The only people who seem to think khan will be on SBO are apparantly Khan and his Manager Vali. I'll believe it when I see it however.

I don't see how a 7 hour PPV is going to work at all. There would be huge swathes of time to fill with nothing. If it came down to Chisora/Klit Vs Khan/Maidana, Chisora is going to win, simply because it's on at UK primetime. I can see Khan being on SS1

I think its 99% that Chisora will be part of the PPV. Warren has said they will be showing the Chisora fight live in the Echo Arena, so there going to be a gap of at elast 30 minutes with no fights. This is when Chisora vs Wlad will be shown by Sky. Also this is why Warren hasnt put that stacked a card together in terms of 50-50 fights. He can sell tickets on the back off Smith vs DeGale in Liverpool and he can sell PPV's on the back off a British fighter challenging the true Heavyweight champion.
