Klitschko vs. Briggs - Round by Round

Big up to Briggs for his toughness, should be called off, no more to prove.

 

Wladdy would have had him out of here.

 

Surprisingly good conditioning and effort from Briggs. He deserves credit because he worked hard for it.

 

Man. Briggs made it to the 12th round. He's like Kevin Johnson, but not bothering to cover up.

 

Kingpig, Chris, Sam, and the others that came and didn't try to fight should look at what Brigggs came and try to do....but please stop before he gets hurt

Despite that Vitali didn't do anything in that round - mainly because in his advanced age he is starting to tire a bit, this should still be stopped.

 

Slow 11th round. Both not landing anything too big, just looking to make it out of the round. Klitschko lands a few clean rights, Briggs not doing much in return.

 

Anti-Klitschko fans will always find a way to take something away from them:

Don't ever dare compare Vitali to Lewis again ...

 

Klitschko's power seems to be more in that he lands hard, thudding shots that people can't take for 36 minutes of ring action. Similar to Pavlik's in that respect.

I'd love to think what would happen if Vitali were to take so many right hands from Briggs all night like this and still be standing.
