I've been away fom the forum for a bit recently. Was Lazarus banned? If so, what for?

Oh...i remember something about him and others complaining because someone made a blatantly racist comment in a thread but BoxingGirl didn't take action. Apparently, racism is OK so long as you're not being racist against the skin colour of one of the moderators.
