Mayweather fights Baldomir after 9 people beat him.
Mayweather fights Oscar after Hopkins ruins him.
Mayweather fights Hatton after Collazo beats him.
Mayweather fights Marquez after Pacquiao beats him.
Mayweather fights Mosley after Cotto beats him.
    Mayweather takes a vacation......

Looks like Cotto-Chavez is a reality. I'd take that fight over Pac-Cotto 2.

Back to welterweight? The Margraito fight is a welterweight fight for a light middleweight championship.

why would pac fight another mayweather leftover....i hope this is arum b/s

edit: misread....but still, what happened to all the martinez/ptp talk? why not a young guy coming out of 140? why a guy on the decline?

and why again,a guy floyd got to first? come on pac, you are better than this

I'm sure you don't rate Margo that high when you discuss Margo vs Manny. Do you?

Even then there was way too much time in between Margo and Floyd fights for Mosley. At that age (Mosley), every month that goes by, you need to count it like dog years! lol Plus, even the younger Floyd said he needed a tune up fight before facing old Mosley.

Excluding Mayweather, Berto, JMM, Mosley, or PTP at 47 are all acceptable in my book.

The Bradley-Alexander winner needs to face the Khan-Maidana winner before becoming viable for Pac, imo.

    Mosley? Please no.

    Bradley-Alexander winner yes.

    Berto too.

Maybe Marquez, if the Mexican impresses again versus Katsidis.

    But Mosley? No no no.:verysad

He will knock any of those out. He would put Mosley into an hospital!

I like your thinking...but the Martinez/Williams winner would be way better.

To be perfectly honest with you, no pun intended. A fight with Clottey if Floyd will agree to doing that, I will totally support and see myself gaining a respect to Floyd.

The thread title is very misleading. That is just a possibility but there are other options. Bradley/Alexander and Martinez/Williams! Im sure TR will select the most marketable opponent and Mosley failed that aspect.
