Anyone know what is going on with Hosea Burton? I seem to remember he was getting snubbed by England despite being ABA Champion, and I think I'm right in saying he lost in the final this year in the ABA's? Is he going to be turning pro anytime soon? Surely that's the best option if he wasn't getting the funding and was getting overlooked by selectors.
He should change his ridiculous name for a start. If hes got no chance of going to the Olympics he may as well just turn pro now.
He wasn't getting overlooked by anyone. Agogo was picked ahead of him as he is better than him. Joe Gallagher was on this very forum starting threads asking Steve Bunce to bring the topic of Buton being snubbed, on his radio show. Just after Agogo beat him in a fight.
