I think Cain will take it to the ground early and try to sap his energy. Eventually, he will win by TKO.

    Velasquez TKO 2

The fight will be live right up until Velasquez secures his first TD , from then on , its a whirlwind that JDS will not be able to get away from !!!

JDS by KO early. I think Cain will fail to get the fight to the ground for any length of time, and Cigano will win the stand-up war.

This is a genuine 50/50 fight. And the main reason is because Cain is very very tough. If Cain can get the takedown and control JDS from the top it could get very interesting. Likewise if JDS has his TD defence on lock Cain's going to have alot of problems. This fight presents some interesting style match up's as both are relatively unproven. That said JDS has fought the better quality competition. Smart money says JDS by decision assuming he doesn't tire. Very tough fight to call.

I don't even know if Dos Santos has the better standup. Cain is a lot more varied in his attack, and better on the ground easily from what I can tell. I'd definitely favor him at this point. Dos Santos lost a lot of his luster in my eyes in his last fight with Nelson. People can point to Nelson's toughness all they want, but the fact is Dos Santos had so many more opportunities he simply didn't take. He head hunted with his hands the entire fight. Cain would've broken him down emphatically a la Rothwell.
