    just coz Valeros dead hes ten time harder and automatically inducted into the HOF....

    silly question really.....

    I'd say Khan would outbox him and win a TKO

    i havent seen alot of him to be fair, just a couple of fights. hes very wreckless and leaves his chin in the air. his power, which some say is over-rated, would get to khan. he'd been down a few times i think by relative non punch's.

    marquez would school him :deal

    btw maidana is stronger than valero, he fights at a higher weight class than valero.

    Not seen too much of Valero.

    High pressure with power. Not the type Khan likes which could leave him being knocked out.

    I'll judge after I see a few video's of Valero.

    Valero was not crude. He was pretty skilful by all accounts, just tended to rely on his power. He took DeMarco apart comprehensively.

    Yep, showed some pretty good boxing skills in that fight rather than just going all out for the KO.

    Valero of 2009 in 2 rounds
    Dead Valero of today in 5 rounds

    demarco stood up to valeros best shots and his power would have been diluted further at 140. Khan on points. Valero just too small for that weight imo

    Personally, i see Valero winning by KO... BUT up to that point i see a more competitive fight than people believe.

    It begins with Khan pot shotting and doing short bursts of combinations at Valero. I then see Valero suffering a Barrera-like gash somewhere in the early rounds, not as bad though because it is caused by punches rather than a head clash. A bloody Valero continues pushing forward past Khans snappy combos and starts unleashing his own punches and connecting on the inside in the 4th or 5th, Khan begins to slow down.

    The opening for the 6th begins fast, Khan unleashing combinations in hope of the ref stepping in, however, an animalistic Valero takes advantage of Khans overconfidence and starts pushing Khan back into a deep deep trench, and ultimately i see him banging out Khan cold with a big hook or an uppercut whilst on the inside just as Khan began to move in the sense of danger.

    A bloody Valero pushes through and wins 6th round KO, With Khan ahead by a couple of rounds.

    Gomez, who was a former Super featherweight hurt Khan put him down.

    If he could, Valero definetly could.

    But that was a different Khan, so who knows.

    The difference there is that DeMarco has a chin, Khan doesn't. If Limond can deck Khan at 135, why couldn't Valero? Khan moving to 140 doesn't mean he's been gifted the chin of a light-welter.

    And DeMarco was coming apart. The issue is that we didn't seen Valero in more than that fight. I believe he was good enough to have done some damage.
