im a big mayweather fan but ali come on,floyd is a great fighter probably the best of his era but he needs some big fights like the one nxt month to get in2 most peoples top 20-30 p4p rankings of all time

 

check out Clay vs Williams on youtube or something. Punch perfect. Then come back and say Mayweather is better than Ali.
Or just don't come back.

 

Mayweather is better defensively than Ali, but Ali had the better jab and put his punches together better.

 

Well, Ali's best win isn't a washed up DLH.

 

btw, at their best, Ali weight 50 pounds more than PBF (185 to 135 pounds) - So you get no right to compare than (not before PBF packs 50 pounds onto his frame and moves better than Ali "before 1968")...

Mayweather has better inside fighting abilities than Ali. But I am not sure if he has better overall skills in a P4P sense, considering Ali was a HW, but moved like a lightweight.
