  1. Is Colin Hart right not to vote Iron MIke into the Hall of Fame?

No. Seperate the fighter from the person at all times. The fighter, despite being overrated as sin, deserves to be in the HOF.

I read his bull**** in 'The Sun' yesterday and as soon as the words "convicted ******" came out of his mouth, I closed the page. Trust the sun also to bold the word 'Criminal' when Colin Hart was talking about someone else too. Worst newspaper in the world.

In my opinion Tyson was a fighter of his era and not a fighter of a generation...:good

His marketing in the formative years was something to behold, which many many fighters and promoters have learn't from...:deal

When he first came along he was a machine, whatever he hit, it fell...:bbb

The times when he came up against anything decent, he struggled...:verysad

I love watching his early fights and training, but on the balance of it...that was it, he made more news out of the ring than he did inside of it as the clock ticked on...:yep

To get induced into the hall of fame is to reflect on a fighter's achievements and what he brought to the sport. There was a moment when Tyson was the most famous man on earth for what he did in the ring.

For what he did out the ring he's a ****ing eegit.

But for what he did in the ring no heavyweight has came close to matching. Holyfield and Bowe provided terrific entertainment. Lewis was masterful. Tyson at his peak was a phenomenon.

For the record: I can't stand Hart. He's one of the guys that longs for the old days and has no interest in looking forward with the sport.

Kieran Mulvaney on his ESPN podcast was saying how he only ever votes for one inductee every year, this year he's voting for 3 nailed on inductees

He occasionally makes a good point but really, Tyson being a shitbag is no different to Duran being a shitbag. The only difference was that Tyson got caught - but the conviction was seriously unsafe.

    Youngest ever World Champion.
    First three belt unified champion.
Undisputed Champion for a few years.
Loss to Douglas probably biggest upset ever.

I'm not his biggest fan, but we all cannot deny his wonderful talent in the ring.
Hart is just trying to be different, his own column said there are bad people in the hall of fame so he is just contradicting himself!
