To be clear it's nothing personal. I don't know you. Was never my intent to come across as I did. Sorry about that.

    Norris is a quiter.
He loves looking for a way out, like that dive for instance.

How about when he faked a knee injury after he was floored at the bell by Tyson?
Even Holy stuck-up for Tyson & said it's very difficult to hear the bell in loud venues.

Holmes BEATS V. Klit with his jab alone. V. Klit gets busted up when he's hit with good jabs ( ex Lewis, Kevin Johnson). Holmes, has one if not the best jab in HW history only Ali could claim number#1. Holmes by late Tko.

Two outside fighters. the one with the better punch arsenal(holmes), movement(holmes), and overall speed(holmes) wins.

Vitali by knockout easily. Even Spinks beat Holmes. Snipes put Holmes down with a wild shot. Holmes was open for the right hand. No comparison, Vitali by knockout.

    :rofl  Where to begin...............

Just because Shavers had more 1 punch power than Vitali doesn't mean Vitali wouldn't frequently & heavily enough to put Holmes away. Name another Heavyweight that had more power than Ernie Shavers?

Vitali could put most plodders away, but it's highly unlikely he could get the KO/TKO over someone of Holmes quality.

Holmes had an ATG jab but he was a sucker for a right hand. I'd have to rate his chin as better than Larry's as well. No way does Larry match Vitali's punch output and the power either.

Holmes had a better jab than Ali.

Sure Vitali doesn't have any ATG scalps but his legacy makes up for it by beating all styles of fighters including skilled boxers as well as heavy punchers. :bbb

A 39yo Vitali could only put Briggs in the ICU in one of the most brutal beatings in HW history, but not on his back, true that. Here I'd like to congratulate that you were able to pick one of the only 3 Vitali wins that didn't end in a stoppage, even though everyone agrees it should have. And now please tell us exactly what was Holmes doing around age 39...
