If you thought that team Dirrell came out of that interview looking good, you must be the only one.

 

You are going way too far here. Abraham fouled, something that happens in boxing all the time and a DQ was warranted. There is no basis for a lawsuit for battery because of a foul in a combat sport.

Second, this was NOT an massive punch, AA swung an extended arm, making contact at an angle very unlikely to transfer any serious power. Dirrell is no helpless beaten wife, he is a professional fighter who trains hours every day to prepare for a sport where he gets hit in the face. He went 22 rounds with Froch and Abraham, the tow best punchers in the division and was OK. Then one swinging arm from Abraham and he touches his face, sinks to the ground and is delirious for five minutes? Please....

Third, this interview was about as amateurish in trying to sell BS as I have ever seen it in boxing. He can't remember doctors that diagnosed a potentially career - ending health problem?

 

After watching this I believe Dirrell is weaseling his way out of the Ward fight. I was a fan and always defended him....not any more. I cant stand his brother..."Im bout gettin dat money"....STFU!!

also, AA once again shows what a classless arrogant ******* he is.

I am also now a fan of Froch. I hated the guy at first with a passion, but he has grown on me now. Him and Ward are the two best fighters in this tournament.

 

Why do you say that ? Dirrell is an actor, it's as simple as that. AA is neither classless nor an arrogant *******.

 

I always give fighters the benefit of the doubt, but he seems to be full of ****. Grandpa asking for a lawyer present for a television interview? Not a good look, old man.

If he thinks Dirrell faked it, he must have a reason.

 

Very suspicious. The neurological problem was convenient, and the 3 days symptom free is convenient after he had already pulled out. Obviously he could be receiving treatment which could stop said symptoms...but we will see when he starts negotiating to fight again...

 

The only thing he says is Dirrell is an actor and it seems to be right. Sorry but he's not classless. I have seen him several times and he's not classless.

What you mentioned, the "fight" with Stevens, lost the plot at times with Froch and the whole build up to the Ward match up.
I think he has some problems and needs a bit of help to be honest.

 

This is very true, if he has serious issues like this, he is not fighting in 3 months or ever again.
