I will be very honest with you mate, if Burns were to fight him again he would win even more convincingly than the first time purely based on what im seeing in the gym on a daily basis.
I can't make the fight this time round as I'm working. I was talking Evensen a few weeks back, kid seems up for it and looks in very good shape, admits that he is stronger at 126 though.
surely burns will have to much for him the guys only had something like 13 fights. hopefully in 12-18months ricky can unify the division but would love to c a fight with appleby once appleby is at that level which must b about a yr to 2 away
Well Billy, i`ll be round that gym seeing what your man`s got :smooch If i`m purchasing a ticket for his next fight
do u think appleby will get to world level eventually?? agree with u tht burns is superior but wud still b one hell of a fight imo.
lets hope so m8 as tommy gilmour described him when he won the british he was a rough diamond and i think that might of played a part in his loss to lindsay. he is still young and did achieve titles at a very early age maybe it all came to soon but hopefully he matures now and returns to where he belongs. think scotland could have a few champions in the next 12 to 18months at the very least british level
