    Hey everyone,

Thinking with all this crazy building up for Haye-Harrison and pretty much everyone (fans that is, not paid folk) saying it will a demolition job on A-Force.

What in your opinion was the biggest build up for a fight (no matter how comical) that ended completely the wrong way these broadcasters hoped.

Quick ko, boring decision, anything which didn't match the 'mega fight' build up?

    Rattle those brains :huh

I think the only let down in that fight was how inept Hatton seemed to be. It was a wonderful aggressive display by Pac that I was glad I stayed up for. For a British perspective, the only letdown was Hatton's misdirected aggression leading to his early stoppage.

    That's a good one.

Calzaghe-Hopkins springs to mind. Lots of big boasts, massive buildup and then a chess match. Fascinating in an odd kind of way but very little action.

Enzo Mac vs Haye was always likely to end early but Enzo didn't seem to have any belief when he actually got in the ring. Again that was a massive build up hyped beyond comprehension.

Another one I was really disappointed by was Lockett's performance against Pavlik. Now I'm not saying Lockett should have beaten Pavlik but KP is very hittable and Lockett had absolutely no success and looked like he didn't even want to bother. I thought that with Pavllik's lack of defence and Lockett having some pop he would at least give it a good go.

I was about 9 when Benn-Eubank 2 was being built up, I was so exicited, I boxed as a kid and Benn was my hero! Then it ended in a draw... bugger!

Khan - Prescott? All that "someone's o has got to go" rubbish and in the end it was possibly the most one-sided fight ever.

i have to agree as that has to go down as one of the worst performences by a British Boxer overseas. I'm not saying hatton would of won but he would of at least given himself a chance with better prepartion. For crying out loud even Freddie Roach told them how they were going to Ko him and he still fell for the trap:patsch

When you think about what Hatton tried to do to against Pac/Mayweather, it kind of displays how he had never competed at that level, cause if had, he would of realized that you cant walk in the front door without setting up your offense, and expect to get away with it.

    Hagler vs Hearns...

Nah, only joking... Although Mitchell vs Katsidis and Hatton vs Pacquiao have been mentioned I expected both the outcomes if not the manner in the latter...

Maybe I should have know better but I really thought that Wlad vs Ibragimov was going to be something decent...
