    Yeah Jim Lampley is good, i also wouldnt mind Lennox coming back over here to be part of the Sky team permanently, but he'd have to un-americanise his accent! Hopefully his appearance on next weeks Haye-Harrison show isnt just a one-off.

    Kellerman anyday. Did you hear him last night just coming straight out saying Kotelnik beat Alexander and that it was a home town decision. Or how Khan has avoided facing a puncher. Now tell me if a Sky commentator would say anything like that. His voice might be annoying, but when hes wrong he admits it. You get the feeling that hes genuinely trying to be impartial.

    However, Id prefer the SHOWTIME commentators any day of the week.

    If we're considering yanks then Al Bernstein would suit me. The guy isn't annoying, doesn't have favourites, is knowledgable and a genuine fan of the sport.

    Yep, Bernstein is class.

    Btw, Kellerman over Smith all day. Max knows his boxing, trust me.

    Showtime has the best boxing team. Tarver is great behind the mike despite looking a total dummy when others are talking. Synchronized swimmers would struggle to beat that forced ****-eating grin of his.

    I voted Kellerman because I think it would be good to have a Yank for the big fights but Adam Smith is far better than that Dave **** Sky always seem to use, even though he knows nothing about the sport. My mind goes blank whenever he is in the studio, I know absolutely nothing worthwhile will be said.

    Personally i think Adam Smith can be annoying and sticks to guidelines too much, but the guy is passionate about boxing. I feel he is made to ask questions that the casual fan would ask, which can rile the hardcore. I voted for someone else, namely Steve Bunce. I know he winds a lot of people up, but he tells it like it is and has been around the sport for a long time.
    My ideal British set up would be;
    Ringside Commentators - Ian Darke + Richie Woodhall
    Studio - Paul Dempsey, Steve Bunce, Barry McGuigan, Jim Watt
    Ian Darke is by far the best boxing commentator in Britain, possibly ever. John Rawling is by far the worst. Just saying.
    Has for the USA, i think Colonel Bob Sheridan is easily the best commentator. I also like Al Bernstein and Jim Lampley. Although Lampley can sometimes can talk too much about stuff other than the fight infront of him, even when there is good action going on, espn are extremely bad at this. He also sometimes makes redundant points.
    Has for Max Kellerman occasionally he is ok and he does love the sport, and with his age he will be around it for a long time. But like Adam Smith he is just too damn obvious with his analysis and questions. Even Larry Merchant tends to take the **** out of him lol.
    I do like HBO's coverage though.
