Does anyone have any information (statistic) on any boxer, name as many as you can and what you know, about how fast they can run a distance when on training. I heard Carl Froch can do 7 miles in 35 minutes, if so bloody hell that's fast. I wonder what Amir Khan or Manny can do? Also is it true Roy ran 10 miles a day, how long did that take him?

I really doubt Froch can do that. That's 5 minutes per mile. There's pretty much no ****ing way.

I think he said he does 6 or 7 miles, but 6 miles in 45 minutes. I read that somewhere in a magazine I think. May'be I misread though.

Yeah I know, maybe 6-7 is more realistic. Don't know where the hell I read that. I can do 10 minutes a mile which is slow, so just wanted to know how much the average boxer and elite guys can do.

This sounds about right. Even an athlete that specializes in running would find it extremely hard to run 5 minutes a mile for 7 miles.
