Lads, will we be able to get pac v magarito on box office this weekend? Well done big bang casey, such a likable lad! Hope he gets at least 1 if not 2 more fights against decent opposition before he faces Kiko. Although willie improves all the time, he's still a long way off the likes of former ebu champs kiko, rendall munroe and bernard. Best of luck to him though - I hope 2011 is as good to him as 2010 was!
Great night on Saturday. Gotta love Casey, couldn't happen to a nicer fella. Four really exciting rounds and the atmosphere was immense. Martinez fight will be nuts altogether. Hyland fought the wrong fight but even if he ran from him, Casey would have worn him down. He has a great little engine on him. The gowl of an announcer ****ing up the Prunty decision patsch I nearly fainted when he announced Prunty won. Would have been a disgraceful robbery. Undercard could have been better to be honest but all in all it was a great night. Hope Paulie recovers well from this, he still has a lot of potential.

It was on the undercard of a Naz fight but that fight stole the card. I only wish there was more fights like that made.:happy:good
There were plenty of Irish in the Olympia that night. Most were there for the Shamrock express but a fresh faced Sligoman and his cousin who got the Jubilee line and then District line to Kensington to cheer on Ward. I'd never actually seen him fight at that stage but had my head filled with epic articles about his fights in The Ring. What a night, what a brawl - my cousin, a casual boxing fan became a convert. Naz was a sideshow for me that night and there was a big Polish heavyweight that fought as well, Albert Sosnowski, I didnt think much of him to be honest.
