You're all so sure Pascal will be able to deal with Hopkins?
Maybe Froch will move up to LHW and fight B-Hop, for all we know.

After being KO'd brutally 3 or 4 times retired to some shitty village in England completely forgotten except for highlight reels of him getting smashed.

What? I never said he'd stop fighting so that he could go powder his nose? HTF did you get that out of what I said?

To be fair there isn't enough powder in the world to achieve that.

    :rofl

Too be fair. Hatton did have the hopes of an entire nation on his back. No Brit really likes Froch, he's just the only fighter they have right now whos not ducking someone or has a glass jaw.

Yeah and there's no shame in that. ****ing Bums sit on tittles for years and never face the type of opponents he has/will. Basically with the expecption of Lucian bute his resume by the end of the S6 will be a whose who of his weight division. Howmany guys can ever say that? Plus with a winning streak that consisted of McGee, Pascal, Taylor, and Dirrell. Howmany guys ever go on a streak like that? Plus the streak was only ended by a razor thin descision loss to Kessler, the most accomplished champion in the division. On top of that he probably ended the guys career and few people would pick against him in the rematch. Frankly if he wins his next fight thats a pretty legendary run.

All that being said after the s6 I only see him having 1 or 2 fights and I stand by my prediction that in two years he'll probably be out of boxing or just about out of boxing.

Bute in war against CARL FROCH, Ger real.

If that fight ever happens Bute will be Back pedalling looking like a deer in the head lights when Froch start to put some pressure on him.
i dare to say if Froch manages drag Bute in war the fight is already over as Froch closing the show..

He has it in him to be world champ at either weight. He makes some fights harder than they need to be though.I think if he beats Abraham he will go on to win the super 6 then move up a weight.I dont think he will fight Bute at super middle.A rematch with Pascal at light heavy if Pascal is still champ.
If he loses to Abraham he will stay at super middle and try win a title back at that weight so he would propably be pushing for a shot at one of the belt holders this time next year.

He doesn't want to fight Bute. He wants to fight Kessler, Dawson, Pascal, but no mention of Bute. He's ducking Lucian!

    Just kidding.

His career will depend on how he looks in the rest of the super 6. If he gets ko'd twice, for example, he may retire. Froch is not 25 years old and I don't see him lasting too long ala Jones jr. If he does well in the defeat (we're discussing this scenario), he'll want to rematch Kessler and Pascal, if Kessler can come back and if Pascal manages to stay on top of his division. I don't see Froch in meaningless fights.

Bute won't let Froch decide of how the fight will turn, that's for sure. He won't be like a deer in the head lights though.

Remember when Dirrell decided to shift gear against Froch? Carl was just not able to follow the pace. Against Bute, it would be like that, but from round 1. Froch brings nothing Bute has already faced, even if he may be better than Bute's best wins. Froch cannot pressure like Andrade, he doesn't have Berrio or Miranda power, he's not fast, he's not as dirty as Bika. Froch brings nothing than could disturb Bute. In the other hand, Bute brings many things that can bother Froch. Just remember that Froch had problems with Kessler bodyshots. What's Bute's best shot again?
