No offence but, Omri Lowther should be happy appearing on this PPV.

 

Maybe it's just easier for Rios to fight bigger guys at catchweight. That way he can weigh whatever he wants and not catch any heat for it.

 

Well, it's not like Rios is pulling a Raffy Concepcion on Donaire, or at least something to that extreme.

Wait, Concepcion wasn't "magically elevated" in order to pretend to make wait. Hmmmmm...

 

I like Rios as a fighter but as a person he's an *******...

Haha this guy just keeps giving fans more and more reasons to further dislike him.

 

Adamek was known to be having problems with the weight. I haven't heard anything from Rios' camp before this fight about trouble making the weight.

Nah, he was supposed to fight Noe Bolanos on the card all along [who obviously later pulled out and was replaced by Lowther], when Pavik pulled out of the Vera fight and that got scrapped, I think his fight just got moved up the pecking order onto the PPV under-card when it was orginally Pavlik/Vera, Rigondeaux/Cordoba and Mike Jones/Soto Karass.

 

nope, rios was scheduled on the chavez-gomez but was sent to the pac-margarito card to replace pavlik-vera
