i dont know,was your girlfriend sitting somewhere? with that you dont impress anybody here again: wrap your hands stiffen and speed up your jab, keep your left hand up put on a shirt take off your hat,take a **** before you workout pull up your pants,or better get real boxing pants stop shaking your booty for the camera did you actually sweat after your "workout"?
only positive was your hand speed. shitty footwork - you hop around instead of gliding. don't drop your hands in combos don't throw arm punches (shadow boxing) Even if you've been out for a while, your technique needs some fixing - specifically footwork.
