More than likely, he is like a more active version of Sam Peter, only without the power.

I dont think it would matter at what point Chisora fights a Klit, he isn't, in the future, likely to improve much technically imo.

Chisora's best chance is to work Wlad over, try and put him on the backfoot where he gets a little disorganized, only to get to that position he would probably have to eat the right hands that Peter had top, plus Wlad will prolly hold inside.

as for the fight needing to happen, what about tyson fury? he said he's fight wlad, does that also need to happen?

We could be watching Vlad or Vitali fight Haye, but Haye refuses to fight.

 

Vlad will knock Chisora out, but, at least, Chisora has the balls to fight Vlad, Haye does not. We could all be watching Vlad Vs. Haye instead if Haye had the balls, but Haye does not!
