One judge had it 7-3, Jones. I think that's the one that sends off the alarm that it was a rigged fight.

I had it a draw but figured if anyone won the six rounds, it was Soto-Karass. 7-3 Jones tells me there was no way Jesus could've won that fight from that judge. Should've been a draw, or a very slim JSK decision to me. Scoring wide for Jones just isn't possible on an up and up card, IMO.

Which rounds did the 7-3 judge give Soto-Karass?

You ****ing ******, the fighter who fought his heart out and gave it all was ROBBED so that a new hype job could be made. Only an inbred imbecile such as you could defend a bull**** decision because a fighter "gave it all".

This post is correct. Although, I thought Jones was doing better in rounds 8-10, I still thought Soto-Karass was getting the better of the shots. Jones is a good fighter with lots of potential, but his kryptonite appears to be pressure fighters with good chins. Soto-Karass put on a brilliant performance and deserves a title shot more so than a rematch (wasn't this a title eliminator?)

He punched himself out, its really that simple. Either way it was an entertaining fight wich was nice to see on an undercard.

I'am a HUGE Jones fan cause he is from Philly and I must say the scoring wasn't right.

I had it a draw but who won the rounds was pretty clear cut no way Jones won more then 5 rounds, 97-93 scorecard was a joke.

In a rematch Jones would cruise to an easy wide UD and possible late stoppage though now that he knows not to go hard for a finish against Jesus.

My favorite thing about Jones is that he is a finisher, unfortunately that was his downfall.

I was at a get together with family and friends and a lot of came to the conclusion that Jones realized he was going to be with a tough cookie for the whole fight unless he got a stoppage in round 2. Jones hit Soto-Karass with an extremely hard shot in the the closing stages of the first round and stunned Soto-Karass, but even then, Soto-Karass still tried to pin Jones along the ropes. Soto-Karass is an animal and really really impressed me.

    My scorecard:
    10-9 Jones
    10-8 Jones
    9-10 Karass
    9-10 Karass
    9-10 Karass
    9-10 Karass
9-10 Karass (very close round, could have gone either way)
    9-10 Karass
    10-9 Jones
    10-9 Jones

That makes it 95-94 for Karass, but I can easily see giving 7th to Jones and then it's the other way around.

and only a stupid ****wit teenager desperately seeking for a scenario to use words he just learned are just as ******ed. seriosuly man, why did you feel so compelled to call me an "inbred imbecile"? simply because i gave my two sense on a fight?? lol. mike jones gassed himself out throwing 90 power punches in a row, he sim ply made a rookie mistake. even when he was terribly gassed he still managed to kame an amazing comeback in a fight that was heading south for him in a hurry, that IS fighting your heart out. you obviously had some deep seeded hatred towards mike jones (or maybe towards black american fighters) considering your bias.

no, based on the fact he landed the more meaningful accurate shots. check the compubox stats, you dont win fights by putting people on the backfoot alone, you have to actually be effective. and the compubox ststas suggest mike jones was the mre accurate puncher.
