None of Manny Pacquiao's last 5 opponents had more than a 2 fight win streak

It doesn't, it applies to both of them. That is why no one thought those Mayweather wins were impressive either, and he got a lot of crap talked for his opponent selection. It's an embarrassing selection of opponents for the so called 2 greatest of their generation.

The one difference though is how bad the opponents that Pac has recently fought lost. Like I already said most people thought Cotto and Margartio's careers would never be the same after how bad they lost. Hatton too. No one expected anything from Clottey because of how clueless he is as a fighter. I don't really care if an opponent has such a small win streak if the fights he lost he looked good and competitive. However a fighter was ruined, then I really don't care who they fight again.

 

Almost everyone has a better resume then him, however they don't all win. Here are just a quick 8 of the top of my head.

Cotto
Margarito
Paul Williams
Mosley
Serigo Martinez
Marquez
Cintron

These people are so much more impressive because they fought who they did when they did. They actually all had a chance to be lose and didn't cherry pick opponents who were recently destroyed and would never be the same again. Sorry there is something called contexts. There are paper champions and paper resumes.

However you digress, what does this have to do with Manny Pacquiao fighting opponents who were recently ruined and humiliated 2 or less fights ago. Good try at changing the subject.
