Is he a Tyrone Brunson, or the next big thing from the USA?

Fought a horrific level of opposition so far & got put on his arse by someone who was literally 400 lbs.

Not great, can't say I'm very excited about him. Needs a good trainer cause he's young enough to improve. Legs are too skinny.

He's poor, but a good guy. Only power he generates is by pulling back as far as he can and winging in haymakers, doesn't seem too tough either.

However, I support him; his daughter has spina bifida and he's worked hard just to give her as happy a life as he can.

i agree with all of the above seems like a nice guy that switched to boxing late could do with putting on a few pounds imo just to be more generally solid. May not go too far but definitely is trying to improve himself

Best wishes to the guy, but so far he hasn't set the world alight and I don't think he will.

to be fair he got an Olympic Bronze medal after only two years as a pro.

As long as he is sticking to 6 roudners and not fighting on HBO, theres no reason for him to not be fighting anyhting but crap for another year. He will be doing his learning in the gym right now

Interesting turnaround in opinion on this guy.

Not too long since he was touted as America's next great heavyweight hope.

Opinions on prospects change quick. People aren't exactly gushing over Tyson Fury anymore either.
