Is Haye proving what throwback fighters could do today?

It doesnt work like that, you still need boxingskills, haye is shorter then 6.3 I thinklooks more like 6.1/2 to me.

yep,hes the classic heavyweight build.

And has some of the skill similar to them.

the rest of the division is just large,fat or big slow boring skill less boxers.

He could beat both klit. on the same night if it was allowed!.

Throwback fighters by definition fought a lot. Haye does not fight a lot, hence he is not a throwback fighter.

 

Haye is 6'3", and he is a throwback, fixed fight, ducking the best fighters, no chin, no heart, it's like the 70's all over again!:good

 

I refuse to believe in the David Haye hype unless he fights one of the brothers...

Personally I see him getting dominated by both brothers.

 

I cant wait for Haye to be forced in the ring with K brothers, so maybe then there will be less idiotic postings like this.

Not sure what this is based on. He hasnt fought anyone who would be considered top 5 Valuev might have had an inflated position due to his belt but in reality he lost to Holyfield and shouldn't have been top 10.

I agree that many of the contenders from the 70s and 90s would cause havoc and would be massive favourite to beat all apart from the brothers. I do think the brothers would hold there own against the ATGs.

 

I've always preferred the heavyweights being under 230 depending on their height. I value stamina, speed, mobility and flexibility over power. At 210 he still has enough power to make a big statement
