Booth is a joker, when Haye first came up to hw it was Wlad who Haye and Booth wanted, after a few years of broken contracts and bull**** excuses, Wlad calls Haye out on that youtube vid, Booth then tells Sky News he wanted Vitali as the WBC is the belt they want. Now the Vitali fight is offered and he says he wants Wlad! Do they want these fights or not?

 

The fight would not be for the undisputed Heavyweight Championship as long as Vitali holds the WBC.

 

like I said, if the tv deal is a problem then they have to go Vitali 1st, as I believe he is free from RTL as it stands, that's Haye's chance, then he goes out with an undisputed fight with Wlad.

and anyone Haye was classed as the undisputed cruiserweight champion even though he never held the IBF title.

 

The thing i don't get is Haye on about these slave contacts and the Klitschko's tying him down with rematches if he wins. Yet, in order to get a shot at Valuev he signs a 3 fight contract with Sauerland who take a percentage of his earnings after each fight!

 

IMO? The Klitschkos can fill the Allianz Arena, Westfalen etc. and that's not a supposition.

 

Yeah and I don't think it'll be all roses at Sky despite the money they made from it, because in all likelihood in a couple of weeks they'll be trying to flog the Khan fight on Box Office and it will probably do terribly, at least partially because of the debacle. If the fight made the headlines for the right reasons then boxing would be at the forefront of everyone's minds and their Box Office model would've been vindicated (and they'd be advertising the **** out of Khan right now), but as it went, a lot of people who paid are going to have a "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me" attitude, so they've got to be very coy about it.

PPV doesnt work in germany.there not trying for more money. its just excuses because haye has a case of the quacks.

 

From a purely business persective you can see why he would do that. Why would he want Sauerland taking a percentage of his earnings in his biggest money making fight ever. Still i dont give a toss bout the financial side of things, i wanna see Haye-Klitschko next. Like i said Haye will have to dance to sky's tune now they want him in with a Klitschko next. They would have a hard time selling Haye-Chagaev, the public have no interest in that.

 

I think the best performing PPV in German history did less than 75,000 buys. Most people don't have the technology. Its a non-starter.
