yeah he took it well although he knows he will have many fights with the top guys still. This does not really ruin his career. He has to prove it did not hurt his confidence.

either Pavlik or a Margarito rematch would be a good next fight for williams.

He talked confident. If I didn't see the fight or know what happened I would've thought he lost by a decision. I see what you mean though as Chad did disappoint me and whined like a baby. I'm still a fan but I like it when fighters move on and admit that the better fighter won. Be tough like Toney!

Exactly. I'm pretty sure Duran made excuses when Hearns stopped him though that's not surprising lol. Williams could've made excuses but toke the loss on the chin and admits that "**** happens" basically. It was the perfect punch and I'm not gonna doubt his chin as that punch would've knocked me the **** out too. He needs to learn how to tighten his D as he takes too many punches.

maybe they are stupid people... alot of fighters in that situation leave the ring immediately and are never seen .

Paul should go for one of the belts at 160 and maybe push for a trilogy and unify with martinez

Eh, when that happened to Darchinyan, he claimed he never got knocked out. When it happened to Judah, he bitched about everything. When it happened to Jones he blamed being weight drained. When it happened to Klitschko, he said his water was spiked. Good on Williams for not trying to make excuses.

Yes, Williams handled it well. Someone should punch Max Kellerman in the back of the head for making Paul rewatch the clip of himself getting KO'd.
