he is a knowlegable mma fan.

acts like a tool sometimes, but I think thats just to get attention.

when he talks about zuffa zombies and how they just regurgitate what dana white says. when he talks about the ignorance of "fans" of mma, I tend to agree with him.

Dana whites tough guy act is pathetic. he can only behave that way because he is in charge. if you watch old interveiws from early 2000 of dana white he:

    doesnt curse
    doesnt trash fighters
    didnt trash other orgs
    didnt act like a toughguy

conclusion: dana whites attitude is all an act or he is full of himself with all of his power in the mma world, I tend to think it is the latter.

Well I got his back. Guy acts a tool sometimes, dresses like one, but I mostly agree with him. Your from Holland, why the **** don't you like him? He supports MMA outside the U.S. and is a huge Overeem fan, helps with Overeem exposure. Listen to what he has to say, don't pay so much attention to the attitude. He looks and talks like a, "Bro." If you just take the time to listen to him, you might find you have more in common with him than you think.

Yeah, have to get past that. He sort of needs to act like that in order to get attention and exposure. I'm not a fan of bashing camps, but he has a point. I think he's drawn out every critique I have of him short of the way he dresses. That he bashes camps, and that he brought up the fact that Marquardt feels he has to fight a certain way because he's fighting for his mortgage, is something I tried to bring up. Its a critique about the org more than it is about the fighters.

Its the org that forces fighters to fight in such a way that they are overly careful. He is Steve Rattlesnake, so keep an eye on the posts and take a look at the Steve Rattlesnake website.

Well, yeah. But why beat up someone for speaking his mind?

Bloodstains beef is ultimately with the Org, which as a byproduct of rules and cuts, encourages fighters to fight the Jackson camp way. Jackson wouldn't be so successful unless he catered fight strategy to the rules. IMO its not the Jackson camps fault, they are just doing what they can to win, its the rules and policy of the Org which makes the Jackson camp an ultimate necessity.

We all agree that MMA is an ever evolving sport right? So, its natural for fighters to evolve, or adapt to the rules. Jackson's strategy, Jackson's approach is just that. We can't hate the guy for it, but we can hate the org which is ultimately causing the sport to evolve in this direction.

Bloodstain brings this to light, or at least I interpret it this way, as many do. He just has the platform to say it. Why hate him? If you hate him, you are hating him for the wrong reasons. You hate him because you are either a Zuffa zombie, or you hate him because of the way he dresses/ reasons other than his point of view.

    The guy deserves recognition.

he has good opinions that are very close to my own opinions but sometimes the "ill cut you i'm from the streets" bull**** plays with my patience. I like to think that "Bloodstain Lane" is just a amplified cartoony version of his real self and in this interview i kinda feel hes acting "normal" and is being more of his real self.

Look i know its a gimmick and it seems to have helped propel him into youtube stardom but he doesn't need to act it out anymore and if anything it hurts the credibility of what hes saying because even though its painfully obvious his acting sometimes you just know there's people that would dismiss him based on his style immediately.

Bloodstaine's act makes MMA fans look like posturing meatheads. I've stopped watching his videos because of his lame gimmick and his obvious anti-UFC agenda. Don't bite the hand that feeds ya, son. No one would be watching his tough guy videos if the Zuffa hadn't brough the UFC to prominence in the US.

Personally I find his act pretty amusing but I could see why others wouldnt, still though I don't think you can argue with the fact its made him the most listened to non professional in the sport right now.

He'll give the other side of the debate a bit too much love but generaly I agree with his core carguements. Most espeically his opposition to the whole "don't bite the hand that feeds" line that sugarngold just posted, that might have had its place when MMA was struggling 6-7 years ago but not today when the UFC is making millions.

Alot of the problems were seeing rising to the surface right now are a direct result of the UFC's control over fans opinions and a spineless MMA media if you ask me. Thats what allowed the Lesnar hype to reach the level it did, thats what allows boring LnP to survive , thats allowed the UFC to avoid signing many of the more exciting fighters because they control who's veiwed as credible, thats whats allowed for the growth of watered down cards. "For the good of the sport" has increasily become "for the good of Zuffa's bottom line".

All the talk of the UFC are the "NFL of MMA" was quite frankly rubbish, the NFL is a collection of teams in direct competitision with each other with a well established media covering it, the UFC is controled by a single interest with a very poorly estabslished media covering it. Would any of us trust a single boxing promoter to run the high levels of that sport?
