Yes it would be over. But the reverse also applies and Wlad will land far more frequently and cleanly than Haye will.

 

Surprisingly Wlad has never being knocked out cold. Even against Sanders he showed hear to get up numerous times.

Even though, if Haye decked him he'd finish the job off. Even if Wlad got up he'd probably be wobbling all over the place looking to hold on.

Haye is so quick, if he caught Wlad, he'd smash him with a million shots, and we all know what happens when Wlad gets hit clean, he panics, which is the last thing u should do against Haye. Expect to see him running around, turning his back etc etc till the ref stops it.

 

dosent even need to be clean to do the needed damage get wlad going and hes easy to get , its getting him going that takes some doing

I'm not convinced by Haye's ability as a finisher.

He just gets really sloppy and throws a million shots and leaves himself wide open.

If Haye lands its all over. He needs to get inside first, and Wlad will most likely land hard first, and land more regularly
