Ryan Rhodes vs Rocky Junior 4th dec

He's looking great at the moment imo he stepped into another gear against Moore, Messi was a tough character but Rhodes threw solid sweet combos.

 

Yes, he did look good there but no disrespect to Moore, he wasn't world class.

Is Ryan aiming to fight a really big name? Is he well known in the USA?

 

Messi, then roque jr. Whos next Curtis Woodhouse?

 

Surely the Hatton's could get Rhodes to fight the likes of Bundrage?

I don't think he has a chance against Cotto, Angulo, Williams, Margarito. And Would probably never get those fights anyway.

 

Least he's got the height and reach advantage?

My name is Paulo and i'm from Brazil . Being a fan of world boxing scene , obviusly i follow what happen in my country too .

Honesly the professional boxing situation in Brazil is not good . This happen for a lot of reasons .

But i'd like to say something about the Ryhan Rhodes opponent , Rocky Junior.

Obviusly he is not a world class fighter as Rhodes but i saw somone of the Rocky's fight .

He had good tequnique and , yes he is 39 years old but , his pysical condition are of a 29 years old fighter . And an incredible courage .

well . I'd like just to say : Sure that he is not the best or most dangerous opponent in Rhodes career but i'm not sure at all that will be "a pointelss fight" as someone said.

When I Boxrec'd Juniors name the first thing that stands out is the Welson Olivera fight.. That doesn't look good at all.

I did not say that Rocky Junior is a champion . I just saying that he is not weak . But , maybe , everybody can have his idea of “weak” and “good” . Not all the people that posted in this Forum is agree about the Ryan Rhodes’s skills .

Just opinions .

I’d like to say another thing that I think is important . Every fighter had a history and not always we can say something about him just looking his record on the net .

But this is an opinion too .

Being a boxing fan , I hope that will be a good fight and I hope that for both fighter could be a good way to improve their skill…and their “personal story” .

Being Brazilian I hope that Rocky Junior will do a good fight .



About the Brazilian scene .

Yes , probably at the moment we don’t have world class fighter . As I said in the other post for various reasons , that I think could be not interesting to analize in this post and that are surely “off topic” .

But the Brazilian Boxing Federation (CBBoxe) is working very hard to improve our loved sport in the country . It’s no simple but they are working about it

this gonna be shown on TV? Thought it might have popped up on eurosport like the Watson/Roberts/McIntosh bill the other week but on the hattons website it has a sky sports logo on the bottom. Its the same night as the Ricky Burns fight and obviously it wont be shown live but maybe highlights on ringside or something?
