Simply, based on Styles, who do you think has the tougher fight, Khan against Maidana or Froch against Abraham

*Abraham is supposed to read Khan in the poll

Your poll is a bit ****ed up.

I feel Froch has a bigger challenge than Khan though.

Froch definetley. Abraham is a world class operator where as Maidana has been milking the victory over Ortiz a bit too much, Khan will beat him with ease.

    Difficult one that.

Khan has not faced a puncher like Maidana since he got banjoed by whatsisname

but Carl has faced many world class opponents

Froch without doubt. Khan has more advantages over his opponent.

Froch, because he's got a skilled man in front of him who is somewhat proven.

Khan completely technically outclasses Maidana and should completely dominate him, and it would have actually been a mis-match if Khan didn't have a shaky chin and Maidana didn't have such huge power, so Froch without a doubt.

Froch. I don't think Maidana style should cause Khan a problem if he has prepared right.

A Shaky chinned powerful boxer versus a big punching brawler with a good chin = challenge in my book.

saying that Froch/abraham are both top fighters so that wins.

I actually am surprised people think Maidana is overrated.

He's got good footspeed and is relentless, against a chinny boxer who doesnt like to be backed up i think that causes problems

    (1) Its not good at all.

    (2) Khan has shown he can fight off the back foot quite well.

Its gonna be a hard fight for Khan though IMO. He'll have to be on guard all 12 rounds, because I don't think Khan's power is that great.

Take away one fighters biggest strength and his opponents biggest weakness and most fights would be a mis-match.

I dunno D-Mac I think Khan could put Maidana down a few times not with one big punch but a few of his fast combinations would be enough to send him over or hurt him. Can't see a clean KO for Khan but a knockdown then a flurry would be enough I think for a ref to jump in. Like you say though Khan will have to be on guard all 12 even when he has Maidana hurt because that won't stop him throwing bombs. Agree on the other two points though Maidana isn't the quickest although i think he has a decent bit of speed on his short punches. And Khan seems more than capable on the back foot seems to be his new way of boxing.
