have seen Maidana live. He beats Khan. Trust me.

Khan has been busted up by Mark Heffron in sparring. anyone that can punch will **** him up. and Maidana can bang.

who is heffron and when did they spar? other reports from roach and people privi to his sparring sessions have mentioned he does wel against the pacquiao who is a big puncher with hand/foot speed

i hope khan wins but i see him being hurt to the body by maidana as he holds a very high guard protecting his chin... maidana as beat his last few opponents with brutal bodyshots.

Hatton beat Urango, Castillo, and Pauli in Vegas.

He could have fought Floyd on the moon and I doubt he'd won.

I can see Maidana winning this fight i'm afraid, I used to pick against him, but Khan is still untested, and Maidana has three recent wins that are better than Khans last 3 imo.

I just see him getting to Khan at some point, and unlike the froch fight, where froch took about 10 punches off Abraham, if even 1 lands from Maidana, khan will be unconcious on the floor for about 20 minutes

I'm thinking an early knockout for Khan is on the cards. He'll score flash knockdowns and the 3 knockdown rule will end it.

    Veryy good point.

People are saying Khan will employ the Kotelnik plan, but Kotelnik still managed to land cleanly on Khan a few time's, and if Maidana does that we know what's gonna' happen.

Khan has to get through this fight without a decent punch landing on him, wether he can do that or not we'll find out in a short time

I dont think that's right, Froch really never let Abraham load up and hit him clean. It's not Maidana has magical powers that as soon as his gloves hit chin it's a KO. A lot of it will have to do with the type of punch.

Maidana throws a lot of power punches, but thats because he winds them up which makes them easier to avoid. Plus if Khan is moving back from them and only gets caught at the end of the punch its not going to affect him that much.

If Khan gets caught on the ropes and allows himself to get hit clean with one of Maidana's big rights, he's going to be in trouble alright, but if he's on the move half shots or glancing blows aint going to affect him.

I can definately see Kahn having some bad moments in this fight. We all know that Kahns gunna use his speed and movement against an oncoming, more flatfooted Maidana. But Maidana is going to land his bombs at some point in the fight.
I see Kahn being way too sharp and fast for Maidana early on, but also think early success could be his downfall. My moneys goin on both fighters to go down in the first 3 rnds. Defo wont be a massive upset if Kahn gets sparked, and the longer the fight goes the more the chance of it happenin.
