Acosta beats him. He'd probably KO him, unless Rios has a granite chin.

I dont get the hype on this guy. He's like Margarito with lesser skills.....and Margo has zero skills, so whats that say about this liberace shreiking caveman??

Rios not only defeats, but destroys and eats alive Jorge Teron and Peterson.
Margarito eats up Cintron, Clottley and Cotto and has tough fights with Wiliiams and Santos.
Segura fights like Margo too and defeats one of the longest reigning champs in Ivan Calderon

They win...yet they have no skils? STFU. And I ****ing hate Margarito.

Rios as far as I can remember has never been knocked down let alone hurt in a fight.

But he's never faced anyone who hits as hard as Acosta. He hasn't faced a proven puncher either.

He will be exposed. Just like Ortiz. He gets hit alot in his last fight, and comes in straight at his opponent with very little head movement.

seriously, what the **** is wrong with you guys? Rios hasn't been in there with anybody that good yet. Peterson is a decent boxer with no heart, he gave up and took the easy way out. you guys think the same thing would happen against Acosta, Soto, Guerrero, etc.? you're out of your minds. Rios takes Soto's punches in the face for 12 rounds, Acosta probably stops him standing at this point, and who knows how a Guerrero fight would turn out right now, I can see Guerrero getting dropped and maybe losing a decision. the kid (Rios) hasn't proven himself to me yet

Rios has fought a lot of heavy handed fighters. The man can take a punch.

Well, you fail to mention Miguel Vazquez who is a top LW and number 2 in the division right now, but I do think Rios beats Katsidis and Soto, but loses to Robert Guerrero, Miguez Vazquez, and JMM.
