My god yes. Ever just sit back and really and I mean really watch his entrances to the octagon ? This guy is so damn intense and quite simply born to kick asses.

Despite his limitations, Tank Abbott was a 'natural born' fighter as much as a sports/MMA fighter. He called his brutal 'style' of fighting Pit Fighting.

If he wasn't fighting in the ring or the cage, he loved causing mayhem in a bar somewhere.

As I recall he once took a fight at ridiculously short notice, with zero training (practically just left the bar and walked into the cage) because he fancied a fight.

    I completey agree. Good thread.

Hendo and Lawler strike you as bad men with bad intentions and spite on every shot. SF latest card was compelling viewing for sure.

I was watching his entrance for the Hughes fight (UFC 123) and as soon as I saw him, I said "Ohhhhhh, YES". I knew wearing my Penn shirt was a good idea haha. He's my favorite fighter in MMA, and for good reason.

This entrance is also legendary: http://www.ichatmma.com/video/495/-BJ-Penn-Entrance-in-UFC-63-

Emeryaenko Hyodor, as the Japs so love to spell his name.

Or "Emelianeenkooooooo Shodoo!" as they so love to say.

I figured thats would I would be clicking onto :yep Ill never forget that night as long as I live. I was watching the fight on stream with a freind and when that music hit we both just looked at each other smiled and said something both like man I love this guy. Epic entrance and that rematch with Hughes minutes later was epic. Along with Hughes walking out to Country Boy Can Survive I cant think of another fight where both guys had more fitting entrance music.
