Not saying he would necessarily beat AA either, but saying you ''expect'' him to get Ko'ed by the Armenian because he hasn't fought top 20 opposition yet is not really intelligent.

Im saying that AA is sitll close to his prime not exactly like he was a former champ like 10 years ago. Ayala was not a top 20 middle weight. And if your going by IBF ranksing best of luck - they have Sylvester as their champ! Its like Andy Lee and Daniel Jacobs and a few other middleweights. Everyone hypes em till they get defeated then we will see how many fans are still behind them after 1 loss. funny thing is I actually think Lemiux has world class potential I just realise that it is too soon to hype him up. And yes I see AA KO a fighter who has never been hit properly before and who has come up against someone with an Iron chin, combined with the fact that the prospect has not made an even remotely close step up in class.

 

Lemieux is my boy but he is nowhere near ready for that kinda action. Pressure fighter verus tough as nails counter punch with just as big a punch....Not the kinda action you want if you're an untested prospect.

 

I seriously doubt that Lemieux hits harder than Miranda did at 160. Miranda's resume' at 160 shits all over Lemieux's, and he won most of his fights by KO.

 

let Lemieux fight more contenders and journeymen. Don't rush the guy. He's had what? 20 fights? but if majority of them were against guys similar to the last one he faced then the experience factor is severely lacking

The Gym people say he is ready. So if they say so, since they usually don't give un young prospect to the butcher, he probably is ready for the real thing.

 

When Lemieux is ready for this fight (in a year or two) LA would be the perfect location. Neutral and sure to sell out thanks to the large Armenian population, which would probably favor AA. Also, would be great exposure for young David in America where he can be a huge star with his aggressiveness and punching power. Big fan of both so I'm not sure who I'll root for, FYI AA speaks 4 languages and David speaks 5! Impressive men in and out of the ring.

 

Miranda fought Allan Green at 160, got KD in the 8th and got a UD?!? That was his last fight at MW. Also says a little something about AA's chin (or jaw lol)...

Well, i voted AA. I think at the moment Lemieux is not ready for AA. Actually, we don't know **** about his chin so it's difficlt to predict anything. But what's sure is David will dominate the division in the near future. Go Lemieux. :happy
