    shadow boxing
    with weights 3's 2's and 1's

    next day heavy bag 30 minute non stop

    Yeah you should be fine. Alot of boxers shadow box and hit the bag (maybe not 30 mins straight) five or six days per week.

    Try it out and if you can do it, great but if you feel your arms are getting tired too quick, switch to every other day to let your muscles recover until they get stronger with more endurance.

    Unless you have an injury, shadow boxing is probably the only boxing specific thing you can do everyday, maybe hitting the mitts too.

    I've just started up boxing again after a 18-24 month break and I boxed 4 sessions this week (tuesday-friday) which I shadow boxed, hit the bag mainly light bag over the heavy one and done pad work along with other exercises for the core, and I felt really good.

    I woke up sore after my first session and missed two days after that, but since I began this week I've been fine, bit of fatigue on thursday but yeah.
